I know of Tina Turners “Nutbush”, and was fortunate to see her perform this live!

Is Nutbush fairly obscure in the States? It’s the first track that comes to mind when I think about Ike and Tina.

I never thought of the song as obscure, and in fact figured it would be the one most people knew of the five I picked this week. But, on the other hand, depending on their ages, not many white people in the U.S. could name any Ike & Tina song except "Proud Mary."
